Hey there, I can't believe I never noticed this thread before. I moved to europe a few months ago, Barcelona, Spain to be exact. However, I'd rather keep my real nationality in silence. ^_^ I must say I love Europe, I never tought it would be like this. It's the most spectacular continent in the world.

So can I join? I have been here longer than you have Usagy.

It's way too hot in England right now.

The last few weeks have been pretty unbreable with heat. Eh. I feel like a human sweat machine and that's saying something...

Damn I know what you mean... luckily no heat exhaustion for me just yet... Im kinda waiting for the day we have to lead a sponsered mile-long walk, do a relay race to show some kids that winning doesnt matter, and also for the fancy-dress rounders tournament. At least it isnt too hot today...

Hopefully it will be for my birthday. I could have a beach party then.

NOTE: Its in 12 days so buy me loads of presents!

Well it's quite hot, already burnt quite badly once, now I'm pretty well tanned cause of it though.
But what I'm more concerned of is the weather in Tokyo, will be going there this oncoming friday for a month.
It's about 28-30 degrees celcius there atm on the days when it rains >_< don't even want to know how hot it will be when it's sunny, haha.

It's not as hot today, luckily. Whew. I'd prefer if it rained and thundered all summer, to be honest with you. All the hot weather is just... ugh... sickening. I think I'll kill myself if it hots up again, hahaha... Yeah, I'm pretty ****ing desperate for things to cool down...maybe this is the heat fever talking... it was worse last year, though.

It was very hot in Britian a few weeks ago, but last week and so far this week the temperature has been quite acceptable where I live. It's not so hot that I need to switch on any of the fans in my house and I'll only start sweating if I do some physical exercise, which doesn't happen and probably isn't going to happen. I don't even need to open any windows; and that also provides me with the added bonus of reducing the chance of insects, spiders and flies entering my house.

EDIT: Unrelated to weather, darkViVi, when playing non-money maps you don't need to drop 4 gateways really early on like I saw you did in the TvP game we played. You can't make use out of all 4 at once so it's better to just go gate -> core -> gate and efficiently make units from those two while constantly making probes. Do not cease probe production at any point until it gets to the late game.

In fact, now that I think about the TvP game some more why did you put down 4 gateways when you were going for "fast" carriers? And trying to go carriers off two bases is very risky as you are hoping your opponent doesn't attack you while you tech up, make ~8-10 carriers and build interceptors. Not to mention going to at least 2-2 upgrades for the carriers and increasing carrier capacity.

I've started cycling each day again in order to keep fit, but it is quite a struggle to motivate myself to do so given the high temperatures.

It's been another sweltering day in England. Probably one of the hottest days of the year so far. We have the pool out, though, so I guess thats plus. Just standing in it is pretty cold.
