This... is a difficult one to think of... Maybe for every year that a member has been here, we can do something special for them? Like add a glow to their name or something so that they stand out?

What purpose would that serve?

We already have Post Count, Join Date and Reputation automatically displayed...

Individually they might not tell you much about a member, but if you combine them they provide a lot of information.
