Long time I'm doing awesome as always & yes before you asked I'm including I'm also asking you all Do you think i should hide/or continue hiding my power level since I'm a gamer,I'm a otaku & I'm a Final Fantasy fan/huge fan at my age it's more or less a 2-in 1 question & well when & if i put myself out there dating again & if i choose to i don't know should i hide my power level from girls & women & hide my identity as a older gamer,as a older otaku & as a older Final Fantasy fan/huge fan at my age & from my friends & my family too as well.

I apologize if i sound like I'm seeking approval when I'm not,I'm only asking your opinions out of curiosity & don't worry when & if i get a chance to & if i choose to i might buy some Final Fantasy cards & Final Fantasy TCG cards including Dissidia cards in my collection & when & if she sees them she might tell me to get rid of them,sell them or give them to a friend of yours or she'll might act like Saki from 1 of my favorite anime Genshiken and try to change me.

In generally speaking of course or she'll might start to question me about something from my collection including my other collection & so you all know this question is mainly asking you older Final Fantasy fans like me everyone else is welcomed to chip in if you want & to end it here or at least for now i like to leave these 2 side notes just in case either you don't know,if you forgot or if you can't tell.

1. i do love other games,anime & manga other then Final Fantasy,adult games,eroge games,hentai games,varies visual novel games including dating sims games & otome games,i do have other games,anime & manga in my collection other then Final Fantasy and hentai & i do have other favorite characters in gaming,anime & manga other then Final Fantasy,adult games,eroge games,hentai games, varies visual novel games including dating sims games & otome games.

2. I admit that i buy,i still buy,i love,i still love,i play & i still play both the classics & modern games equally

If i choose to add anything else about me so all of you know more about me don't worry i will feel free to let me know or ask & I'll gladly tell you if you want me to so I'll leave it here or at least for now & btw i still have my Pokemon,Yugioh & DBZ cards collection & some Duel Masters cards .

I met my husband in a bar, though a mutual friend. We were chatting about really mindless stuff, when he asked me what I liked to do in my spare time. I said I was a big gamer, and was currently playing Twilight Princess. Turned out he was a huge gamer too! We've been to so many symphonies from video games we love, he actually proposed at the Distant Worlds FF Symphony when it came here back in 2010. Most of my gifts are gaming related.

Long story short: Be yourself. Don't try to hide anything. It'll all come out anyways because if you try to say you don't, then you're stuck in a lie. If you say you do and she bails then she wasn't worth it in the first place. Hope that helps

Why do you care about what other people think? If people don't like you because of your interests then they are not the sort of people who you should be hanging around with anyway.

I have friends who have the same interests that I do. We go to Comic Con together, we discuss tv shows such as Game of Thrones, we play video games together. I don't have time for people who look down on me because of my interests.

Just be yourself you'll be much happier not hiding your interests.

You shouldn't hide it; it's gonna come out. It probably shouldn't be the first thing you bring up, either, though.

Don't overshare too fast, is what I'm sayin'. Be yourself, do the small talk, and if it comes up in the conversation, it comes up in the conversation.

As you can see by Tiffany's post, there are girls who are totally into that stuff, too.

Yeah, don't hide it but don't blurt it out straight away either. Things could get weird and secretive if you keep it to yourself and that's pretty toxic for any relationship. But you don't want to frighten someone off. Say you're into video games or anime, but hold off naming your top ten games and five greatest boss quests and story lines. Give it a few more dates before that noise, or wait until asked.

You'll meet someone who's into the same kind of things as you. But never be ashamed for what you like, especially if it's a part of who you are.

I was once married to someone who argued with me over whether Relics in Final Fantasy 6 should be used to boost abilities that the characters is weak in, or enhance abilities the character is already strong in.

So even if you find someone who likes what you like, that's no guarantee of it being pleasant. Find someone with a genuine interest in you, and who and what you are...genuine interest, not faked. You can tell if you pay attention.

When you find someone with a genuine interest in you, you will know. Snap them up, hold them fast, and love them well.

If you wanted to know what's my favorite sports I'm more of a Basketball fan & a volleyball fan even though I'm a straight guy & yep i love both playing & watching Basketball & i love playing volleyball & i do enjoy playing tennis & sometimes i do enjoy watching volleyball both regular & beach volleyball .

Well my point is to make sure that you're well rounded in your interests. Nobody will care if you like FF and anime if they're one of a number of interests.

People only think it's weird when FF and anime is your only interest, and you don't leave your house.

Plus, you may learn that your potential significant other is a fan as well. I mean, I just learned that Ariana Grande is a fan of the series as well, and that's why she is now a character in Brave Exvius.

It is a unique perspective that someone like me has, having been unaccepted in both Northern and Southern USA culture, to try to determine what other people think is "weird."

To me, droopy eyes are weird. Spiked out hair and droopy eyes and shabby looking clothes. That guy is in a toy store I'm employed at tonight? Hm. By himself? In a toy store? He doesn't look like he has money, and I don't know what kind of woman would go out with...he doesn't seem old enough to have kids either...

Absolutely not. Take it from someone who knows brother, just be you and let the chips fall as they may. Otherwise, you'll end up not liking a person if they make you be something you aren't just to make them happy. Not mentioning the damage this might even do to your own sense of self.
