Why do you care about what other people think? If people don't like you because of your interests then they are not the sort of people who you should be hanging around with anyway.

I have friends who have the same interests that I do. We go to Comic Con together, we discuss tv shows such as Game of Thrones, we play video games together. I don't have time for people who look down on me because of my interests.

Just be yourself you'll be much happier not hiding your interests.
