Another fact I thought worth mentioning was it was real interesting to see as you get past the planets and go through the White dwarfs (what we see in the sky) the red giants then the nebula's and gas clouds it is like the watching the timeline of the universe of the stars.

I dunno if our size makes us insignificant. We are a significant part of our surroundings and the people in our lives. It depends upon your perspective, I think. That which appears to be insignificant can prove to be the opposite (like time; it's all relative, man.) Anyhoo...

yes we (as human) are insignificant.. even worse than insignificant. as individuals, we look to benefit ourselves First, and then other humans next, and then we come up with inventions/plans/ideas to socall "help" all things natural, when actually we're trying to lessen the inconvenience of their nature's once perfect circle of life..<- which, in most if not all cases, benefit(ed) earth in some way unlike most of what we humans do...
