Robbo, you always want to exhale as you're pushing a weight up or pulling one, and inhale as the weight stack is going down.
Also, when running, I've been trying to alternate my breathing, with a 3 step inhale, 2 step exhale pattern. It's worked so far as side cramps are way down

Also, when running, I've been trying to alternate my breathing, with a 3 step inhale, 2 step exhale pattern. It's worked so far as side cramps are way down because I'm not constantly landing and exhaling on the same side.
