I think my old school (the original) Polly Pockets are special too, the ones with the different themed houses and super tiny people. Lot's of people collected them.
Hahahaha... I still have all of my Polly Pockets. I have a shitload of them. They range from the little compacts that you could carry around with you, to the houses of the Polly Pocket Village. I have the original village, the animal village, and the extension of the original village. Here's some pics, because it's always fun to look at pictures (sorry about the quality. All I have is my webcam... OH and you can see my hand in some of the pics...):
First Picture is of the Polly Pocket Village, with the extension and the Animal Village. I didn't feel like seperating them out. Also, I do have the original playmat that came with the set, but I also did not feel like setting it up.
    SPOILER!!:

Next is of the playsets that I got. Yeah, I do have three of the same one, because I lived in basically 3 different homes when I was younger. One from my dad, one from my mom and one from my Nanny.
    SPOILER!!:

This one is of the compacts that Polly Pocket originated as. Yes. I do have duplicates here as well.:
    SPOILER!!:

Last one. It's a picture of the people that you played with. They're sort of all bunched together, but I assure you that there are a ton of them... Oh and you can see my cat's legs in this one. She loved playing with the people, so I had to hurry and snap the pic before she ran off with one:
    SPOILER!!:

Do I cherish them? Maybe. I wouldn't be sad if they were gone, but I do want to hold on to them because they do represent a lot of my childhood. I used to set up the entire village and have a train go around it. It was pretty awesome.

I also have a collection of Barbies, but I think I was much more of a Polly Pocket fan.

    Holy crap, I loose.

I have a few from the animal village with the pink stoned walkways. The one pink house with the yellow hammock in the front, was my favorite to play with.

I also had a few of the huge mansion ones, I don't remember which set they belonged to, but even when I look at them now, I still think they're cool because they have everything.

I had a couple of the Western themed ones like the bar with the horseshoe in the front. it had a indoor grill and a small attic. I think one of the little characters it came with was a horse haha.

My first one ever was one of the carry ones that you could close. It was the school, the one where the desk come off and they were stamps. I used those so much and they never ran out of ink. I remember the people for that one too there was a "teacher" I guess that was blonde with pigtails, holding chalk, a black guy with a flat top hair style, a red headed girl with freckles, and a blonde girl with short hair that looked like Patty mayonnaise I might be missing one, I think there may have been another guy.

I lost most of the people though when I was little I still have a few though.

It sucks that they changed Polly Pocket, it's so lame now.

    Ta DA!!!:

    Alright, who censored my rocketship?

    From The Clint Eastwood
I'm thinking about creating a hybrid. A dolphin-monkey. Half dolphin, half monkey. Do you think it's possible?
I was thinking that since I'm artificially creating it, I'll create it with rocket fuel instead of blood, and thus it will be able to fly, using the dolphin's dorsal fins as wings. And from the air, it will look down upon us all and protect us against sharks, and search for bananas.
