Been a while since I last cleaned my room, I mean truly cleaned it. It wasn't a pig stable, far from it, I would vacuum every now and then and pick up dirty clothes, if there were any, though it was just a make up, in other words on surface it looked clean but if you were to look under my bed or behind the night stand you would witness a hideous sight.

I finally got out of my lazy mode and cleaned it today, it took me like an hour and half, maybe two, I had hard time deciding where to place old PC magazines and some components my brother left when he moved out, back then we shared the same room, now I have bunch of his stuff. I like to keep things organized, everything has to be in it's right place, that's why I don't like people messing with my stuff. Now that I've taken care of that I can sleep peacefully, it will be long time since another huge mutated spider appears under my bed =D

How often do you clean your room?

I clean my room every week or every other week, depending on how frustrating it makes me. I've always been a clean person, seeing clutter really annoys me, and being a pack rat has always been something that really disgusts me. Also, i am very organized, like you i have everything in it's own spot so it can easily be found. When I do clean though it's never really a major job, all i really every have to do is vacuum, dust, and maybe the occasional pick up.

I do most of my daily activities inside my room and I can't start doing anything when it's messy , and when I'm done arranging it I want it to stay like a mere picture with nothing moved from its place which causes me troubles sometimes when my little brothers mess up with my stuff . But I do clean it every day (making my bed , dusting ,vacuuming , and wiping the floor) , I feel pretty comfortable when I manage to keep my closet tidied up for a long time but when it is messy I have to rearrange it or have my maid do it for me .I also like changing the coverlets every while so that my room would wear a new look , not to mention that whenever my sister (my roommate )went shopping and found cute toys she wouldn't hesitate to pick them up for our room and I'm actually okay with that.

Well in the past 2 years I've moved 6 times, so there wasn't enough time for any mutated spiders to develop haha, and because of this I don't have many things really and I keep everything on the surface because I know it's gonna be a pain for my laziness to clear hidden spots. Under my bed is a storage area for my luggage... I generally vacuum and stuff 2 times a week.

I typically give my room a good clean once a fortnight. Sometimes i'm just lazy and leave it for upto a month or two. But it generally gets cleaned good when i muster up the resolve to do it xD

Oh GAWD...I Like Hardly Clean My Room...Just Recently Tried, Then I Stopped After A While...LOL It Actually Doesn't Bother Me If It Is Clean Or Not...As Long As I Can Still Sleep Well, I'm Fine. It Isn't A Big Room Either, So The Mess Isn't That Big, And Is Easily Walkable To The Bed, So I'm Good. But I Am Kinda Scared Of What Could Be Lurking In The Mess...Who Knows What Could Be Living In There...LOL

Since I live alone, I have to keep an entire house clean. So I make sure that the rooms the guests will be in are presentable. I don't have people in my room, so I let it go. However, it is not a total sty. You can see the floor and can walk all the way to my bathroom and sinkroom. The closet is more of a storage area. I tend to just toss old clothes or broken toys in there, not caring where they land. My dresser has all the clothes I wear in it, so I have no other use for my closet.

All that's under my bed is my Guitar Hero guitar, DDR dance mat, my PS2 box, and a few other things.

id also like to point out that you should think yourself lucky you only have one room to clean, i ****ing hate having to hoover the stairs, and will put off all form of hoovering until i see dust balls as big as the cat rolling around

I clean my room once or twice a week. Even though m a cleanliness freak, I get pretty tired of all the work I have to do at school that I sometimes don't clean my room but I still like my room to be clean.

I don't clean it too often, but I usually don't make too much of a mess. I try not to eat much in there, cause I don't want to attract bugs with crumbs, though occasionally, I'll find a beer bottle cap or 5.

My biggest two problems are dust and not throwing out old mail/ papers. That stuff just accumulates, and every few weeks/ months, I have a shredding spree.

Depends on your definition of the word clean. I make my bed every morning (for the most part) and I put clothes in my hamper. Those things could be considered cleaning by some peoples standards, but as far as dusting, vacuuming and window cleaning is concerned that stuff doesn't happen but once a month or so I would guess.

Underneath of my bed gets pretty nasty from time to time. I can't help this simply thing. I just enjoys to throw shit up an under there. Therefore the thingin gets messy.

I don't clean my room too often, but really all it ever needs is a quick "pick up." By that I mean, I just need to pick up a few things that get out of order from time to time. Other than that it doesn't need it, aside from dusting of course.

I keep my room relativly clean. I think to myself that the cleaner my room is, the healthier I'll be. I tend to open my window and let my fan run for a while to get rid of some dust lingering around. I also store my dumbells under my bed which get used fairly often, so its not as dusty as most people who just store junk they dont want to see under their bed. I dont dust as often as I should as I feel its pointless. The dust will just recooperate a few days later and you will be in the same situation you were before, despite your hard efforts. I do believe that keeping your window open and having some air flow will prevent dust from settling though. When it comes to room cleanliness, its all about prevention. I have a lot of stuff in my room, yet Im proud to say that I keep it very clean. Cleaner than any of my friends keep their rooms. A tidy bed also gives the illusion of cleanliness.
