Minus the Ice Cream.

1.) Mayfield's MooseTracks with Denali Chocolate is the -ORIGINAL- Moosetracks flavored ice cream. The plant is in my hometown. Winning! It's the only milk I will drink and practically the only brand of ice cream I will eat. I'm very picky about that.

2.) I made taquitos with leftover pot roast, homemade salsa verde, black beans, and mexican rice.

3.) The torta (Mexican Sandwich) was made with grilled "milanesa" (thinly sliced steak - unlike other cuts of meat called milanesa, this one isn't breaded) seasoned with McCormick's Fiesta Seasoning (salt free) to medium-rare, an egg over medium, bacon, Mexican chorizo, grilled onion slices & grilled jalepenos, avocado slices, & lime-flavored mayonaise (McCormick Brand) - all piled onto "bolillo bread" - you can find it in the bakery at WalMart. The fries were also homemade. Yes the sandwich will likely give you a heart attack, but it's a heart attack well worth it. It's a damn good effing sandwich.

4.) I made chiles rellenos - with homemade cheese dip to pour on top and the small but thick slices of Sarah Lee brand Monterrey Jack Cheese inside the peppers along with very finely shredded grilled chicken. Again, homemade Mexican Rice and Black Beans.
