Do you blatantly do it in public or are you a sneaky picker covering yourself by distracting the onlookers with some artful illusion while you pick.

Or are you a private picker.

Do you use a tissue?

Do you grow your nails long so you can reach right to the back?

As for me I blow my nose but I pick in private mainly after work because my blasted nose hairs are notoriously effective at catching all the dust and s*it I get at work, I can't stand not being able to breath properly.

^This. Usually accompanied by a tissue if available. Not breathing properly makes me think I have a cold when I really don't.

Everyone picks their nose. Whether you like to admit it or not is a different story.

I hate long nails. I always kept them short when I was young. It looks cleaner. It also doesn't hurt then said nose is picked.

As for my nails, they have to be kept short for work, so I can't really use them for that purpose.

The only time I pick my n ose is if I can already feel or notice there's some blockage in there. I don't do it in public. Alot of the time, though, I'll just do a "snot rocket" instead of picking. It clears out better than picking.

My stepbrother used to (don't know if he still does or not) blow snot/boogers into his palm and eat it. It's G-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-oss!

I pick when i feel a blockage in there. Usually, i'm pretty private when i do it (either try blowing my nose on a handkerchief or going to an empty room and picking it).

Ehh I do sometimes. The majority of the time though I just snot rocket the shit whenever I get a chance. I try to use a tissue, especially when i'm in public. Don't wanna snot rocket in front of a female.

I pick my nose in private into a tissue and then wash my hands afterwards, but only when I feel a blockage, or when my boggies cluster up along the flesh in there. I also inhale a lot of dust at work, so my boggies are quite dark with soot - I'd rather not have that up my nose while I'm trying to breathe.

I also keep my nails short - reaching up in there hurts when you scratch the flesh open, especially when you get a runny nose. @_@

only in the shower. Only toddlers pick their nose and disgusting/unhygenic people. I find it really gross. Makes me sick.

I pick my nose in private. Everyone has snot in their nose. I hate people who don't blow their nose and just sniff it back up! It's so annoying and disgusting! My boyfriends brother does it ALL the time. He snores REALLY loudly too. I just want to suffocate him sometimes....

As a kid I had narrow nasal passages, I had to pick my nose to make as much room as possible so I could breathe more or less normal. As I aged the formentioned problem got solved by itself, I still pick my nose from time to time, though my childhood procedure, common sense really, still stands, make sure no one's around and wash hands afterwards.

But in actuality, no. The nose is a filter for all things gross. I blow my nose like everyone else and occasionally take a tissue to scratch the inside of it but no, I do not go hunting, be they crusty dragons or liquid bogeys.

I do not pick my nose. I rarely ever think about my nose long enough to realize that it would need clearing. However, I am not against nose picking. You have to clear your nasal passages somehow, and if a tissue doesn't work, then the next solution would be to excavate the area yourself.

I tend to blow my nose with a tissue (my fave are 3 ply with Aloe Vera), but if I get a hard snot blockage that effects breathing I'll wrap my picky in a tissue and send it up there to pull the blockage out. Rare, but it happens.

Your nose is a filter system. So it has to be maintained. So yea I regularly clean it so I can breathe comfortably through it. But cleanly, with tissue, in the bathroom. If i have to blow my nose in public I usually do it discreetly,... by turning away and whathaveyou
