So in a sci-fi/horror twist, I come back only to learn that Alpha has created a machine that absorbs people's souls and TFF accounts and which is now dubbed the Hippy Bitch machine.

2011 is now known in TFF history as The Year of the Hippy-Bitch Machine. My questions are as follows: Is this a sign of social progress or regress? How does this affect the Global Economic Downturn and is it possibly a bold new face of Socialism ala McCarthyism?

Was it in fact the cause of half of the catastrophes of late and can it possibly be blamed for everything terrible that will happen in the new year of 2012? Is it in fact an actual machine or was it a newly evolved STD? Was it the reason that Herman Cain withdrew from the 2012 American Presidential Election? And can anyone explain what in blue-raspberry hell is going on?

I don't know about conspiracy theories, but I find the whole thing funny, and a little confusing, trying to work out who's who.

Best thing to do is to look in the "Hey, I'm changing my name!" thread, to see if they posted "Can you change my name to [whoever] to Alrha?" to try and figure it out... :/

And another thing, they will never KNOW they aren't shit, and therefor won't change anything and will continue to be shitty because of the safety net of rules to protect their feelings.

I'm not very intellectual, so I don't know what this means, if it means anything at all? All I know is that this is a part of that thing that Alpha was recruiting people for. But I have no idea what it is!

I find it more fun to imagine that they are just different personae of the original Alpha. The posts, VNs between one another... everything. It's all just one big inner monologue. In due time I expect to find out that this isn't limited to Al_ha handles and that about half of TFF is now Alpha.
