It was actually raining and the sun was shining at the same time today. It was raining pretty hard too. Was actually kind of awesome since it was still in the 80s I believe. Go Kansas!

I don't like summer that much I burn way too easily, I get terrible sunburn no matter what.... and it get's TOO hot here.

hehe, i know what you mean, Alpha, i'm from NZ too and it's getting fricken cold at night! And anyway, when i go to the beach and have a swim, i usually always wear sunscreen, but forget to put more on and thn get burnt to a crisp. . .If i don't peel in the next three days my skin goes really brown, but it only does that if i remember to get out after two - three hours =)

It's been more humid than anything else here. The sun is up, and what usually appears to be a nice day is ruined by a huge cloud nearby, which then has to open the heavens on us. >>;

Haha, lucky you! Can you speak Spanish? I can speak a little, i've been studying the language for about two years now. I was just wondering whether you could speak it because it would be good for me to practice with someone, hehe. The reason is cause i'm going on a school trip to spain and not many people there speak English, so i've got to study extra hard this year. . .So my teacher says, lol

Ah... Arkansas summers... It either rains too much, or not enough. At least in my part of the state it does. Few summers back, it rain basically the entire month of June. That was a crappy summer. Couldn't really go out and do anything fun because of the rain, but at least it didn't get hot.

We experienced sporadic rain recently as well. It happened yesterday, in fact. Sun was shining, and it was looking to be a nice day, then all of a sudden I hear thunder roll in. Moments later, it starts to rain... According to my weather forecast app, it's going to rain some more tomorrow.

And as for my skin, it doesn't tan... It burns, then it peels... I used to tan pretty well, then I stopped going outside as often as I used to. Guess my skin got more sensitive or something. Now, I glob on the sunscreen if I plan on going out for very long so I won't burn so bad.

I love summer though. It's great. Swimming, camping, rafting, all that fun stuff I get to do this time of year. I love it. Just gotta watch that sun and make sure I don't burn.

We had a taster session of the summers heat in the UK and I can't say I liked it.
I don't tan or burn badly, nothing happens for a while, then I go red. Not painfully, my body just resets its default colour to crimson for a few days.
Gonna break my mountain bike out once I get back home, should be pretty damn sweet if the weather keeps up for once.

Come this Friday it's back to boiling temperatures and sticky humidity. I can not wait for Winter again ~^. Well, actually as long as there is air conditioning I don't mind the heat so much... Still it is uncomfortable ;_; Yuck yuck yuck!

I'm the UK and so far there have only been a couple of days where I've really sweated my metaphorical nuts off. It tends to heat up more into July and August here, although the past couple of years haven't really been that hot at all.

I'm fine with it. I hate the heat and any humid weather makes me feel really uncomfortable. I like Spring and Autumn best.

Very much so, I speak Spanish with both my parents and with all my abuelos. It's weird to see other peoples grandparents and they speak English because all my older relatives are all Spanish speakers only haha

Winter sucks; it's cold and depressing. You have the holidays, which are nice, but it's almost like a forced cheerfulness. Spring and fall are alright, with all of nature coming back to life, and changing colors. I prefer spring though, since the hours of sunlight get longer.

I love the summer. You really can't beat sitting outside on a warm summer night, just drinking a couple of beers and bullshitting with friends. Plus the beaches are open, it's baseball season, and I can work on my tan.

I might have had a decent tan this summer... There has been plenty of sunshine and it has stayed in the mid 90s with nearly 100% humidity. A couple of clouds have cracked open and there has been a storm or two. But I can't stand being in the sun... I know how cliched that sounds, but it's true. The idea of getting a sunburn or tan makes me feel physically ill.

It hasn't been Summer here yet. A couple days here and there have been warm, but then the rain sets in again. The other day I left my windows down, thinking Summer had finally come. ...I had a wet butt a work that day. Anyhoo...

i throughly dislike hot weather, so being that i live in texas summer isn't really my friend. today was probably about 96 or so plus the humidity. we've been spoiled with such nice weather until the beginning of may when it started getting icky.

Just yesterday I was busting my balls on unbearable heat, the sun wasn't showing any mercy, though soon after that there was a storm that this place hasn't seen in a long time, the electricity was cut of til this morning. Now it's chilly and cloudy outside, the weather is sure strange. This storm was more than welcome I must say, as it was unbearable these days, and it we'll be again pretty soon.

Despite unbearable heat i love summer, I guess I got used to it (more or less) as this area is usually warm even in winter, as for the sunburn, that's something you can't avoid here unless you stay in your house the entire summer.

I don't go outside intentionally to get a tan. Any tan I get is just by accident because I had to go outside in the daylight for some reason.
Don't particularly care for hot weather. Today is pleasant hovering around the upper 60's to mid 70's -- cloudy of course.
Could do without the rain .. tired of being rained on already.
