I'd say money, I'd be able to spend it on whatever I want...although gifts are nice as long as it's not something I would never use or wear, I guess I'ts the thought that counts
i would like a gift because it is a saprize money you buy what you want but a gift makes you go what did they get me

For Xmas, I'm generally not bothered either way, unless there's summat Im saving up for, but my mum always gets me something anyway, so if i specifically ask for money (usually she asks and I say Im not bothered ) Il get the dosh and just a few tidbits
I'm not all that mithered if i get anything at all tbh, I used to tell my gran, every bloody year, stop getting me presents, i dont need out, concentrate on the rest of the family, Im happy enough with the xmas dinner
A gift is nice, money is good if you are saving for summat, but tbh, if I didnt get anything I wouldnt be bothered, so whatever I get is just a nice surprise I guess. Although I'd never not get my mum or brother anything, so I guess it works both ways...
Birthday I think Ive always had money, for as lonG as I remember, its a week before christmas, so everyone just used to send me money, which was awesome at the time, and I would have preferred the money then , becuase i knew a week later i was getting prezzies. Now though, again, I dont care, Id happily enough not have anything, its just another day so far as Im concerned

Well, back when I was smaller I would have definitely said I want the gift. Now that I have gotten older I would much rather get the money. The main reason for that is so that people don't buy me something I'm not going to use much or like. I then have the option of buying something I know I can and will get use out of.
