I mainly just wanted to show everyone, that's it but to make a topic out of it are you an introvert or extrovert.
I am very introverted I keep all my feelings bottled up and very rarely let anyone know how I feel even if they ask I don't know why maybe its just a male thing.

But apparently it doesn't matter.

But otherwise, I'm not sure. I feel like I am introverted, but I'm actually quite outgoing. I'm just shy around people I'm not completely familiar with. But once we know each other, I'm completely willing and able to express myself.

In public I keep to myself. I always try and sit as far away from other people as possible on public transport, or in classes where I don't know anybody. I keep my headphones on, head down, and often a hood up. Hug a hoody, though, cos I'm pretty nice.

I'm definitely an introvert. I like to keep to myself most of the time. I'm not outgoing. I don't always have anything to say. It takes me along time to feel comfortable around other people.

I'm generally pretty introverted. I tend to ignore people and my surroundings unless I have a reason to do otherwise. In most cases it's just a matter of me not being interested in people or what they're doing. I keep to myself because I'd rather not be involved with an overwhelming majority of people I see. The few that interest me, I've got no problem opening up to though.

I am definitely an introvert, although i can have my extrovert moments.

I keep everything inside which generally isn't a good thing - aside from getting angry, i also have the Maltese blood flowing in my veins which means when we get mad, we really get mad.

Thankfully, i'm a pretty chill person though.

I am a public introvert and a private extrovert. I'm not a shy person really, I just find small talks annoying, I rarely approach people or initiate random social conversations with them, but I try to be nice and helpful when approached. All of my good friendships developed when working with people on projects or studying with them. Those people can be counted with my hands. But, I am completely at ease when surrounded by family or close friends.

I'm more of an extrovert, though when I was young I mostly kept to myself. People say I tend to be loud and blurt out things without really thinking. That's sort of being extro.. right?

I don't really agree with the trait theory of personality. I've never really found that any one possesses a trait 100% of the time, I think personality is a bit more complicated than that. You can look at your past behavior and note that you have behaved in 'X' manner so many times, but I don't think it is an effective predictor for how one will behave in any single instance.

Sooo to answer your question, I think I'm both. It really depends on my mood whether I want to discuss my personal stuff or not, and also who it is with. Though I admit to getting a sort of energy from a group discussion, I also need a lot of alone time to recharge after socialization.

Although I am also an extrovert with my friends. And on the internet. It's so much easier on the internet anyway. Can tell someone they're a ****er without the possible repercussions of being punched in the face. (Actually, I'm more just nervous of coming off as a weirdo in real life. If someone punched me, honestly, I'd probably feel more confident then if they out-talked me.) Anyhoo...

I guess I could say I'm both really.

Most of the time I'm an introvert, and love being alone, and completely to myself without any human interaction.

Alto when I'm around my family or good friends I tend to be a big extrovert without really noticing it.

I'm an extrovert. I've become even more of an extrovert due to my job being so people-based. I'm constantly meeting and greeting not only clientele on the phone and in person but also the corporate bodies when they come to my office to talk statistics on a million different files. I used to be more shy but nowadays, I'm very outgoing. I can strike up conversations with people about mostly anything.

Generally, I'm an introvert, though like many people in this thread, once I get to know a person better, I can be more open with them. I'm a little too cautious with my actions, though, and I wish I could be like the people who just don't give a ****.

Im definately an extrovert. I just dont have any boundary issues, and Il speak without thinking. What you see with me is generally what you get, Im not one for boring people with any problems that I may have, but if I need to go poo, people in my vicinity tend to know about it. I really should work on keeping some things to myself....

At my core, introvert. Gotta have alone time to recharge or I get irritable. But I do like people and am interested in them, and I'm certainly not shy. I enjoy my time out with close friends, but I can turn misanthropic pretty quickly. Sad.
