Funny phobias

This is an interesting topic, so I decided to revive it.

I have a fear of needles (shots to be more specific). Apparently, it's called Trypanophobia. I can handle being poked with a regular pin, and it doesn't bother me, but there's something about having a doctor inject me with a needle that I absolutely hate and dread whenever I have to get one. Probably because I am not in control of the situation.

I also have a fear of ghosts. Idk why. I've never seen one, and I probably never will, but ghosts and ghost stories scare the hell out of me. I don't even really know if ghosts exist, but I don't think I want to find out. It's not a crippling phobia that I have, because I can watch those ghosthunter guys on t.v., but I still get creeped out. It's called Phasmophobia, btw.

I was talking to my mom and she mentioned that she had a fear of small dogs. Chihuahuas to be more specific. She says they're too small, and they're vicious. Idk if she would be classified as having Cynophobia, since she's only afraid of this particular type. We've always had dogs, just not small ones.

I thought this one was kinda interesting. Phobophobia – fear of having a phobia. Man, talk about going in circles with this one.

I think my favorite has to be phobaphobia it is the fear of being afraid I read about it in a book called funny phobias

Well, I am deathly afraid of doctors, so I have Iatrophobia, I'm also scared of getting really sick, so I suppose I have Nosophobia.
Just keep me and anything medical separate.

I have a fear of insects. What is the name of that one?

I also have a fear of being on the edge of a tall object.

I also have a minor fear of edges, like a counter edge, or a table edge, because of a dream I had.

I also have a fear of losing my teeth. Gah, I had a nightmare that I was pulling my teeth out, I was scared shitless.

Apparently there is a "Fear of Everything" called Panophobia. This has to be, by far, the worst! Imagine just being terrified of ****ing everything. Or what if someone had Panophobia and took some hallucinogenic drugs?

Cypridophobia or Cypriphobia or Cyprianophobia or Cyprinophobia - Fear of prostitutes or venereal disease.

This is halarious..haha. I love this one. Who wouldnt have this fear. I wonder if they have one for Giggalo's? A question to ponder

I actually have 3 of these

Anablephobia- Fear of looking up.
Chronophobia- Fear of time.

They didn't have this one, but it's called cosmophobia - fear of the universe. *i/e why I have anablephobia It has gotten to bad where even my limbs cannot be point at the sky....fingers...toes. I will literally curl up into a ball with all fingers and toes pointed towards my sides or towards the ground.

I have got Astraphobia (Fear of Thunder & Lightning) & Claustrophobia (Fear of confined spaces). That's all I can think of. A bit scared of spiders, but not to look at, only if there was one near or on me.

For me, I really can't stand hospitals. I feel worse when I'm there than what I came for...
Lot's of people I know say that they feel safe in Hospitals, but I get nauseous.
