This is me entirely. I let shit build up and just deal with it until the final breaking point, and then all hell breaks lose. I've punched holes in walls or doors before, or thrown my cellphone at shit, but I have more control over my anger than I used to, and when it comes to that point I tell myself to stop because I know of the consequences, and it doesn't fix anything to break shit. I just need to calm down afterwards.
