Favourite article of clothing?

Most people seem to have something they favour, what's yours?

Mine's a leather jacket. Or two of them really, Or same jacket really, two sizes.

The first I got I wore most of the time a few years back, but a couple years ago it was half destroyed after hitting the road at a decent speed. Fast forwards to less than a week ago and my mate told me he saw a jacket that looked like my old one at a store in the city. I went there, and there it was, the jacket (exact same style, both made in 1987, same in every way bar size) and it was in my current size.

Lucky as hell, but either way I got that jacket again. Lambskin leather (soft and flexible though still tough), pockets in all the right places and looks good whether riding a bike or just strolling around.

Its not so much just one shirt or pair of pants, I like comfortable clothes. Sweatpants and a hoodie in the winter are amazing!! If I could go around in life just wearing that I would. Though I suppose I have my favorite Polo shirt and jeans(what I wear to work), The Polo is just plain red, but fits just right. The Jeans are a loose boot cut that I buy every year. I suppose that doesnt really fit the favorite article of clothing huh... sooo Ill go with my thick grey hoodie, If I am lounging around the house I most likely have it on. Though with summer fast approaching doubt Ill be wearing it much.

Tops, tops, tops, any tops, straps, low cut, high neck, short/long sleeved LOVE tops. I have waaaay too many I have more tops than skirts and trousers put together, the only problem is I don't always have stuf to match my tops lol, think I better start buying different clothes.
My fav top at the moment is a light blue, one shoulder top with pink and black feather prints along the top, it's new newest one too

I'm a fan of lounge wear, which is what I basically define as tank tops and cotton pants. I prefer drawstrings on my pants, but I have a kitty cat who likes to claw the crap out of my legs when I wear them.

I do prefer comfort over style, but I can dress up kind of nice if I think I need to.

Probably my favorite thing would be my hats. I have many, many hats. Most of them Arkansas Razorback or STL Cardinal hats. But I also have some from ski resorts, national parks, and businesses I've worked with.

Hats. I have three black berets, one tam, a noir fedora and a green bucket hat(see profile picture). And my black leather jacket. I can't pull off the whole metrosexual purse-thing, so I keep all my junk, phones, cards in the same leather jacket.

It's a tie for me really. Firstly, I have a Clockwork Orange hoodie which is amazing. It's sort of designed like a comic strip. The other is an expensive AC/DC T-shirt. It cost me £30, but it is the greatest t-shirt ever. It's like brown tie die (or however you say/spell it) and it's got the cannon with "For those about to rock" on it. I love them.

I like comfortable clothes. Usually that's a pair of jeans, a top and a pair of Airwalks (sneakers).

As for my favourite things in my wardrobe? I have a few things, I guess, that I really love. Like my black, lambskin leather (Silver ) jacket. With a lot of leather jackets, some weight comes with it, but this jacket is very light and comfortable. It's small enough to be classy, but keeps you warm. Also, my friend's dog went bonkers when I went around her house, and was jumping all over me, and scratching at it with his claws... and it's not got a mark on it. Mum saw it in a window one day at a charity store, and knew I'd like it.

Lately, I've taken a liking to scarves. Not those tea-towel, shitty looking things like this. I'm talking about those really long ones that are also quite wide. I have a grey one which my aunt sent over from India when she was working there, and lately for my birthday, my uncle sent a multi-coloured one which I LOVE. It goes well with my leather jacket too. xD;

Today, I bought (get it right - mum bought me a top) which is a dress t-shirt thing. Shows off your figure a little bit too, and has a really nice design on the front - not usually my thing, but we were both drawn to it in the shop. It's next to be my favourite piece of clothing. ^^

.....Underwear. If I'm honest. Bras and panties. I like to shop for them and be around my house in them. With a t-shirt, sometimes. If I've had a long day, the pants are the second thing to come off after shoes. Freedooooooom.


As for something more appropriate... probably sundresses in warm weather and sweaters if it's cold out. I have a lot of each.

Mine is my under armor compression shorts. They are comfy. I have two pairs. One is to work out in, and the other is to sleep in.

Right now I'd say it's my black jacket. Not leather but it's nice, pretty silky and comfortable on the inside. It's a bit classier than my winter fleece too, with the collar and the single button. Fairly simple design. I actually have three different black jackets but one doesn't fit me at all and the other one just didn't feel right. This one does and I actually like wearing it. Usually I either hate clothes or are indifferent to them, probably because it's so rare for me to find something I like.

My faovrite piece of clothing is also a leather jacket. Picked it up from a Harley dealer in Korea when I was there with my dad. It's a Harley 100th anniversary jacket. I own like 5 leather jackets, but that's the one I wear 90% of the time.

As for hats, nowadays I'm a classy gent, so I only rock fitted hats.

In all seriousness, my favorite article of clothing would be my watches. I have about ten of them. A couple I got as gifts; a rose gold watch from when I graduated from high school a few years back, and a cheap steel one I got from my grandparents a few Christmases ago. I have a few I wear that I don't actually care for, for when I'm doing physical labor, and the risk of breaking a watch increases, and then I have ones that I actually really like, that I have yet to obtain replacement batteries for, so they're just sitting around collecting dust for now.

Maybe im just too old but what is with the sticker on the rim of the hat? i never understood that, and why doesn't anyone wear dungarees anymore. I remember back in the day when dressing like James Dean meant you were cool..... and where was I. oh yes, I said to that driver... $2.50 for bus fair are you mad? seniors now adays don't get any respect. why don't my overalls fit me no more?

I have my bad ass " South Jersey Hardcore" top hat which people pretty much know me for. I have this black shirt, sleeveless that says Ibanez on the front, and has the symbol on the back, got it with one of my Ibanez guitars. I wear it at shows, that or another band titled shirt.

Other than that I love boxer shorts I wear them as shorts for bed not as underwear they are just so light and comfy I hate going to bed with my legs constricted.
