Yeah, I don't see why Easter would be that big a deal to non-religious folks. I'm surprised it's even acknowledged that much by anyone else.
On Easter morning, I will be at church to acknowledge and celebrate the resurrection of my savior, Jesus Christ (roll away the stone, baby!) Afterwards, there will likely be a family gathering at my parents' place, and the eating of good food and junk food, alike.
I don't know if I will go to Holy Thursday or Good Friday masses this year. I haven't the past few years, so the trend will probably repeat itself. I wonder if I'll even go to Ash Wednesday (which is much sooner, btw.) Anyhoo...
