What does this post even mean tbh?

...I focused primarily on learning and reciting musical phrases from about the age of 3 or so...
Eventually, I discovered guitar and became unconcerned largely with the outside world...so...
I'm often suffering a brain-power fall off when you see me doing nearly anything else but music. What are your derp moments like? Anything you're really bad at?

This sounds kind of like a pity party to me. That first post didn't really need anything except for the last two lines.
The derp moments are just social awkwardness because you claim to have insulated yourself from the rest of the world.
I don't have many derp moments, and if I do, I can't really remember them. I know I stuck at basketball. It's part of being 5'8" and white. I'm sure I miss more shots than most and get burned on defense. My friends know I suck and we laugh about it. It's good to have a short memory about dumb or embarrassing moments.
