I always wonder when the forums suddenly crap out, how the people online react to it. I have this impression that people freak out and start cursing about the staff (probably me... ^^ )

I don't really let spilt milk scenarios bother me. Getting angered is a waste of energy, because in the end it solves nothing. The accident is done, all that is left is to clean it up.

On the other hand, I don't consider car "accidents" to be a spilt milk scenario, let alone an "accident". If you're driving your car down the road and a toilet seat falls from space and totals your vehicle... THAT is an accident. What can you do? Laugh it off and move on. If someone is texting while driving and plows into you, that is not a spilt milk scenario and I would not shrug it off.
