What feels amazing to me? Well besides one of the obvious things, *looks up at Che's post*, I think that a good stretch feels pretty good. I like doing some Yoga exercises with my Wii Balance board, and I can really tell that it's doing some good. Probably not as good as what a live trainer could do for me, but it works. I guess exercise in general feels pretty darn good, and since it released all kinds of nice endorphins, it can put you back in a good mood if your kind of down in the dumps.

Another thing is a nice power nap. It's really refreshing to get in a little sleep time when my body says it's time for a rest. If I sleep too long, I feel pretty out of it, so I usually try to squeeze in 20 or 30 minutes. That seems like a good window of time.

Yeah, sometimes a nice meal or a good drink can make me feel pretty good. I have a soft spot for sweet iced tea, so a nice long swig of that when I'm thirsty for it makes me feel pretty good, especially if I have gone a while without any caffiene.

Hmm... those are the things off the top of my head that I could think of that makes me feel pretty good.

That first day of Spring where it's nice enough to wear shorts, sit outside and have a nice cold beer at night.

Likewise that same day, where you can lay out in the sun, drinking a good ole Arnold Palmer.

There's also waking up at like 7am to hit the gym. I did it yesterday and felt amazing.

Well yes that does feel awesome, I like it better when my wife gets hers. Call it a sence of accomplishment. And yes she almost always gets hers. Also the after piss and smoke is always a great expiriance to me.

During vocal warmups, after I've warmed up my chest register and my head voice and everything in between, when I start at the low end of my range, go up nine notes (do re mi, etc, but without saying the words), and then come back down. I go up a half step each time and then I'm finally near the top of my register and it feels SO GOOD. It's like a vocal massage and my sinuses are buzzing and my chest is tingly.
