Okay. We have at least one of these threads every month, and that is ridiculous. There is no need to rehash such a popular topic over and over and over again.

Therefore, this is the new, official, and only favorite bands thread.

You get one post. Edit it as much as you like, but you have one place to list all of your favorite artists. There's no reason for you to post the same thing in a different thread on a monthly basis. Between staff complaints and member complaints, it's time to get organized and keep it all in one place. Nothing against anyone who has created or posted in such threads in the past, but for the sake of non-repetition, here you go.

2) My Chemical Romance. (Yeah, it's emo, but I don't care.)
3) AFI. (Pure Artistic perfection. From vocals to their amazing guitar skills.)
4) Disturbed. (Not much to say here, their just badass.)

Of all the genres I listen to, be it classical, death metal, black metal, thrash, Jpop, grunge, my absolute favorite never ceases to amaze me with their sheer techinicality which as evolved over the past 18 years, that and they are probably the most influencial band in the death metal scene:

CANNIBAL CORPSE!!

Surely they might not be the fastest or most aggressive in this modern age of underground brutality, but you have to respect them for being the first to start the trend of making death metal as depraved as humanly possible. Besides, they spark buttloads of controversy with Republicans (particularly Bob Dole and his cronies) and that's reason enough to like any band.
