The more I see it (which is to say a small glimpse, but mostly the samples you give), the more I believe it's a blend between the Japanese "manga" style and the North American "comic" style (mostly because of the small eyes, which are slightly wider than that of the American comics but much smaller than typical manga). There are a few things that also contrast, possibly the lack of shading and the smoothness in appendages which are closer to "manga-style" than "comic-style".
But that's probably me, given that I'm interested in ideas that can allow comic-style graphic art and manga-style graphic art to blend or co-exist (basically accounting for trait differences between each continent).
