I had originally chosen Outlaw Star as my favorite over Cowboy Bebop. Its kind of what sparked my interest in the whole anime scene (even if i do stick to more mainstream US). But its purely sentimental value that keeps it above Cowboy Bebop. CB is overall the better show. Which is why i had placed it in the list.
1: Dragonball Z (blood pumping)
2: Black Butler (refined violence)
3: Rurouni Kenshin (that beginning song drives my bros crazy.)
