Patch 2.15 Coming the 20th with Housing Price Updates

Coming between the two major patches as promised, patch 2.15 will be hitting during the 20th-21st maintenance. One of the big notes for the patch will be changes to the housing pricing, which will see a drop in small housing by 25%. Another drop will occur in February, with more evaluation of the prices then to determine their final price. The additional retainer will also be available, which was unable to get in by 2.1. There are several other changes and fixes happening, but patch notes will make it clear what the extent of those are.
