FFX Playthrough now finished! (Major Spoilers)

Finally beat the game. Ending is very good. Couple questions I am left with still.

The dreamlike Zanarkand that was made up by the fayth. Was that dream located inside Sin?

How did Sin get to the dream Zanarkand?

I don't think it was a dream really, but Tidus did have a dream walking through the old zanarkand, but the one sin goes to is the ruined zanarkand from 1000 years ago

The end is quite confusing because it does leave some loop holes, as far as I am aware.

The Zanarkand inside Sin is not Dream Zanarkand, the dream is located out far into the ocean according to SE a place where noone could reach it. This explains how Sin could reach it.

However this does not explain how there is a another Zanarkand inside Sin, how did this Zanarkand emerge, a huge amount of Fayth was needed to summon dream Zanarkand, so how did Yu Yevon find the energy to summon this one?

Or the old theory I had before I heard SE say that it was in the ocean was like what you thought that dream Zanarkand was inside Sin, but then that doesn't explain how Sin managed to go inside himself and bring Tidus to Spira, ><

So which ever way you look at it, there's still loopholes.
