Playing List
This list consists of what games will be played in what order. This order can be tweaked a little bit only some of the games are locked in certain spots.
Mega Man II has been removed due to time constraints.

100% on Zelda means every item will be got and all heart pieces will be got. No upgrades will be gotten. The route through this game is one that I am comfortable with that I can do in a live performance. It has less risk than the run that has the current record at 2 hours. My route at highest potential speed is probably 2 hours and 20 mins.
The Mario Games will be tried to be beaten for speed alone. SMB3 May have additional unnecessary levels played to gain additional items for World 8.
Super Mario World may come close to the 10:59 record on speeddemosarchive. My fastest time to date is now 12:00 and I have room for improvement on a few levels.
Double Dragon II through Mega Man II are all going to be played by Tony. Mainly because he normally works on Saturday at 7 am. In the case he can't finish then Mega Man II will be dropped from this Marathon and be added to our next one. I will then finish off the Marathon with some speedy games.
Blaster Master is a very very hard game for those who have never played before. I have played it probably 5-10 times in last 2 weeks and have had only few problems in my last run revolving around the water boss and getting to the final dungeon.
Spanky's Quest can be done in my sleep. This game is a piece of cake for me now and I will hope to demonstate the fun of this game to you guys as well.
Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest is the first Final Fantasy game I have played and for those who have seen my FF8 Marathons, I wanted to add a Final Fantasy Game to this Marathon and it was the fastest one I can beat. This run will use resets in order to take control of the status bug on partners. I think only one reset is necessary for this run and that should be when I take control of Phoebe in the Crystal of Water Area.
I hope you all enjoy the run. I will try to talk in chat throughout the run. Pardon though while I am playing I have to stop to type in chat so I may not talk much while playing. We are still practicing some games. Mainly SMB3 to find out when we should teleport but we should be done by Thursday. See you all on Friday.
