A. Their are various ways of aquiring the Phoenix card, one is to take part in the Card Queen sidequest, although i'm not exactly sure how to get it doing it that way, another way is to get it from Diamond Duo on Disc 4, and the final way of is to get it from the Presidential Aide in Esthar.
Q. If you refine the Odin card, what item do you get?

A) You get 100 dead spirits for refining odin.
Q) What items do you need to create squalls lionheart?
A. Adamantine, Dragon Fang, and Pulse Ammo. Not sure exactly how many of each, but i'm certain it's those items.
