SumMag+10%-40% abilities as well, but I'll give both amounts. Keep in mind, it's still a variety of numbers, and opposing percentages, so I used a Mesmerize and a Bite Bug.

It did around 24,000-25,000ish and it differed in each trial.(with SumMag abilities)
It did 12,000-13,000ish and it also differed with every trial (without SumMag abilities)

It's a yes or no question, folks. No, Edea never released her powers, so called. It was Ultimecia's doing. Edea recieved Ultimecia's power in addition to her own. So when Ultimecia freed Edea, YES, Edea lost Ultimecia's powers, BUT, kept her own in tact, as you fight with her extraordinary magic while Squall, Rinoa, and another party member went into space. In any event, the whole Ultimecia thing happened in Galabadia Garden. Though, I'm not familiar with what you imply about Odine's Laboratory, I did hear some theories on the Odine bangle which would SUPRESS, not RELEASE her powers, and maybe the possibility of her possessing one. Though, even that is a little stretch, unless she took it when Rinoa tried to give it to her in the first place(end of disk one, somewhere). So I'm sticking with no, she didn't release her powers, at least not all of them and leastaways not in Odine Lab.
