Answer: Cure Cloud of Mako Poisoning, put Tifa in your party, then travel to Nibelheim. Go inside Tifa's home and find the piano. There you have to play a mini-game on the piano. Press X, Square, Triangle, R1 and Triangle, R1 and Square, X, Square, Triangle, R1 and X, Circle, X, Square, X. You will earn the item "Final Heaven". Use it on Tifa and she will learn her best Limit Break.

Okay so Iv'e beaten the game before and i am about done with it again. Problem is that i used my save crystal at the bottom of the northern crater where everyone gives you items and you jump in to fight sephiroth. Okay... Well I wold like to know if i can go back up to the real world to train and do things like that? Can i get out of the northern crater?

Anyway back to FFlover's question:
A. 1 way to get it is to master all the command Materia you have acquired, then when you get the Command Huge Materia, go to Cosmo Canyon and get close to the yellow crystal and it will ask if you want to fuse them all together, do so and you will obtain it.
The Second way is to Beat Emerald Weapon and get the Earth Harp. Then take it to the Kalm Traveler and in exchange you can obtain the Master Command Materia.
