So sorry about the long wait. I had to get a new laptop and then get the new one fixed. These items will have an effect whether it be skip a level but collect rewards, or steal someone's reward. You can use them anytime. Btw there will be more or these along the way.

A)Talk to the old man staring at the rocket
B)Take a look at the local shops (I will PM the inventory to you for browsing first)
C) Look for the "captain"
