chocobo help

So i'm reading some guides on how to breed a chocobo. I have the materia, I know how to capture them but when I attempt to return them to the stalls I rented, they don't show up. I rented like 3 stalls. So far I caught 2 chocobos.

What am I doing wrong that's causing them not to show up? I'm on disc 3 and I'm doing the chocobo raising for the first time.

EDIT: nevermind, I figured it out, they were there I just didn't move them yet.

You have to talk to Choco Billy and choose the 'Moving Chiocobo's' option then you can choose from the ones you have in the fenced off area outsie to put in a stable. Hope this helps! Sorry forgo tot read your whole message glad you figured it out.
