My favorite Zelda boss is Ganon from Ocarina of Time because he was that was a hardcore boss-fight if you got hit even with the defense power up he would still kick your ass for 4 or 5 hearts. Plus he added a bit of a fighting element to the battle it terms of you had to dodge roll around him or through his legs to get to his tail, as opposed to other boss fights where you just had to stand in one place until you could hit it/her/him. And it was fun to shoot him in the face with the Light Arrows ^_^.
My favorite half-boss is a toss up between The armor clad dude in the Sand Temple of OoT (Kid Link) or the Poe Sisters of the Forest Temple. The armor guy because that was alot like the fight with Ganon. The poe sisters were fun cause the puzzles that were involved didn't take much thought but could still prove be a bit difficult, as well as killing them it (to a point) made you have to rely on your aiming abilities with the bow (Z-Targeting could still be used but it dragged the fights on longer than they had to be).
My favorite temple is also my most disliked which has to be the Water Temple in A Link to the Past. It was confusing as much as it was fun. finding the hidden areas behind the waterfalls was f*cked cause it was easy to get lost but at the same time made the Temple one huge puzzle.
My favorite version of Link is the Twilight Princess version because he was the most visually pleasing (NOT GHEY). The detail was so meticulous when it came to his various tunics and weapons so much so that you could actually see each individual scale on his Zora Tunic.
