    Zelda Whatnot!

    Simple thread, go!
    Favourite Zelda boss and why?
    Favourite half-boss and why?
    Favourite temple and why?
    Favourite version of Link?
I'm going to say my boss is Argorok, the Dragon in the Sky Temple in T.P. This fight was very fun although difficult, and I loved the Shadow of the Colossus feel it gave. (no he is not a Ridley knockoff. Ridley is way different)
My favourite half boss would have to be the Iron Knight dude dealie things in both O.o.T. and T.P. Very challenging, very thrilling
Fav. Temple is the very First Temple in the original game. Simple and easy, and it's the first temple that I ever memorized
My fvourite version of Link thus far is the Adult Link of O.o.T. he set the standard for how post-pubescent Links should behave; Find the girls you once knew, date 'em all! Seriously, dude was a player. Zora princess, Zelda, Saria, Malon, and I'm sure others Nintendoh didn't release

CPC8- 'fo bros, 'fo life, 'fo shizzle

    SPOILER!!:

    Re: Zelda Whatnot!

The Ultimate Compendium of Zelda Favorites Thread!!!! Heh... Just in time too. I made a new banner that's Zelda-themed, because I was bored.

My favorite bad guy is Vaati. I only got to play the Minish Cap with him in it, but he's also in the Four Swords Adventure, but you gotta have friends to play it, and I don't have any of those.... Anyway, I think he's a refreshing change from ol' Ganondorf, and he's purple. :3 Reminds me of a grape.

Half-boss? I'll have to think on that one... I do have a few favorite temple bosses though: the most fun one for me was Bongo-Bongo from OoT. Took me forever to beat him, but he was still fun. Hated the temple though... Next one would be the Stallord from Twilight Princess who was the boss of the Arbiter's Grounds temple. Again, I hated the temple, but the boss fight was good.

I like the Forest Temple in OoT the best. I really just like the atmosphere it has. Music is nice too, and it was kind of cool to track down the Poe sisters and beat them. Second best for me would be when you enter the Forsaken Fortress for the first time in WindWaker. You have to get your stealth on, and hide in barrels. Some people might think it was really tedious, but I really liked it.

Favorite version of Link is....TOON LINK! And no. Not the one from the awful Zelda CD-i games... This one. I like the cartoon look that he has, and also how expressive the developers made him. Another reason might be because he's from my favorite Zelda game, so that might make me a tad bit biased.

    Re: Zelda Whatnot!

My favorite Zelda boss is Ganon from Ocarina of Time because he was that was a hardcore boss-fight if you got hit even with the defense power up he would still kick your ass for 4 or 5 hearts. Plus he added a bit of a fighting element to the battle it terms of you had to dodge roll around him or through his legs to get to his tail, as opposed to other boss fights where you just had to stand in one place until you could hit it/her/him. And it was fun to shoot him in the face with the Light Arrows ^_^.

My favorite half-boss is a toss up between The armor clad dude in the Sand Temple of OoT (Kid Link) or the Poe Sisters of the Forest Temple. The armor guy because that was alot like the fight with Ganon. The poe sisters were fun cause the puzzles that were involved didn't take much thought but could still prove be a bit difficult, as well as killing them it (to a point) made you have to rely on your aiming abilities with the bow (Z-Targeting could still be used but it dragged the fights on longer than they had to be).

My favorite temple is also my most disliked which has to be the Water Temple in A Link to the Past. It was confusing as much as it was fun. finding the hidden areas behind the waterfalls was f*cked cause it was easy to get lost but at the same time made the Temple one huge puzzle.

My favorite version of Link is the Twilight Princess version because he was the most visually pleasing (NOT GHEY). The detail was so meticulous when it came to his various tunics and weapons so much so that you could actually see each individual scale on his Zora Tunic.

    Lawlz Sephy so Smaht!!

This is where my name comes from for anyone who cares. Btw please don't get the wrong idea. I love Final Fantasy more than any other game series in the whole world.

    Favourite Zelda boss and why?

Tough choice, can't decide between Gleeok from original Zelda and Volvagia from Ocarina of Time. Gleeok was definitely harder to beat, kinda reminded me of Tiamat from Final Fantasy, though battle with Vovagia was more fun.

    Favourite half-boss and why?

Façade, my favorite boss from Link's Awakening also appeared as half boss in either Oracle of Season or Oracle of Ages, can't remember exactly which one. The battle was rather simple, so is his design, but there's something about him that creeps me out.

    Favourite temple and why?

Not really a temple, but I always loved the Ancient Ruins in Link's Awakening. though they consist from only two rooms, you get to fight one of the toughest opponents in the game, and you also make a shocking discovery regarding the story. Besides that, nothing really comes to my mind, can't say I'm particularity fond of any temple.

    Favourite version of Link?

I must say I'm big fan of Link from Link's awakening, adult version of Link only with red hair. I also love Link from Minish Cap, the sprites look simply amazing.
