Nintendo revealed from their Nintendo Direct press conference a collaboration title between Nintendo and Atlus dubbed Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem. Obviously this is going to be a mash up of both SMT and FE, the type of game this is going to be remains unknown, but more will be revealed later.

UPDATE: so according to wikipedia for further research, it is labelled as a Tactical RPG. I'm definitely interested to see where this goes, it is a rather usual hybrid since its a mix of futuristic and medieval fantasy worlds.
