Shin Megami Tensei PS2 Games in Coming for PS3

The release of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne as a PS2 classic on the PSN store this week has Atlus teases about the future of the other PS2 games that are part of the large family of MegaTen games. While they won't confirm anything at this time, their newsletter mentioned a lot of MegaTen releases. Between Digital Devil Saga, Persona 3/4 and Devil Summoner, there is plenty to choose between.

my guesses will be DDS1&2; I would be excited for that.

I have mixed feels on it since I have a completed file of DDS1 on my ps3, but will it be able to transfer over as data to DDS2, even though I have a hard copy with the first one?

Oh it should rocky, if you saved it as a internal ps2 memory card save, you should still be able to access that very same save file on your internal ps2 memory card you created on the PS3.

It's hard to say. Gut reaction tells me to say it wouldn't read the save, but they're both PS2 games and the save is as well. So it might be able to understand it since it is there on the PS3 already. I say with those odds you might actually have a good shot.
