Already released in Japan and the create mentioned wanting to release an English version of the game, it looks like those chances just got a lot better. Namco Bandai, the publisher for the game that ImageEpoch created, Toki to Towa, filed for trademark for the game in Europe as someone discovered. The name on the file is Time and Eternity, often the translated name for the game while it was being talked about by fans and news sites.
Namco has not stated anything yet for an announcement, and no other companies have said anything about picking the game up. However, considering NISA's working relationship with ImageEpoch and localizing their games, the popular speculation is that there will be an announcement by NISA in the coming months for the game.
