But anyways. I don't think I've really ever been extremely condescending or crass in this topic. I've remained calm throughout. (At least I believe.)

If anything, the way you are acting, no offense, is what you are describing. Being rude to people who do not agree with your views. But that is just my observation, I could be wrong.

I will, however, admit that this topic has gone somewhat out of hand. Actually it was rather out of hand since the very beginning of the topic.

But yes, to reiterate: Humor is not always crystal clear when it comes to text. Especially if you don't use anything to notate it with.
