God Mode and Traps of God and Fate Revolution Paradox

New details are coming out about one of the 20th Anniversary games for NIS, God and Fate Revolution Paradox. The main character has recently become a god and is able to enter the minds of trouble souls and help fix their problems by dungeon crawling through monsters.

God Mode is an ability that Renya, new god in training, has available to him during his dungeon crawls. While during combat a meter for the God Mode fills. Once it is filled he can activate the ability. When in this ability he recovers his health and attributes along with gaining a special ability that can wipe out all enemies in an area.

Another aid available is crafting new equipment. When making new weapons there are two requirements, the item you want to improve and it having it's Burst Points maxed out. Burst Points are gained through the weapon's usage in combat. As the weapon gains Burst Points it begins to unlock the hidden power in the weapon granted status bonus allowing for you to customize how the weapon grows from a complex path. When crafting new equipment they can gain new appearances and new visual effects when used.

While dungeon crawling, there are a lot of dangers for Renya to face, some come in the form of traps and other hazards. There are trees throwing fruit (both beneficial or poisonous), knockbacks from attacks can send him falling from the level, lava is available causing damage, stores are present and can even by stolen from, but come with the cost of being attacked, the enemy will sometime ambush him, hidden treasures can be found, rooms to revive your angels that fell in battle and even unique bosses.

I'm probably looking forward to this more than Disgaea. I really hope we're getting it. That hasn't been announced, has it? I've been keeping up with the game but can't recall. I do think we'll see it though.

Yeah, there is no English release date announced or localization, yet. It is releasing in Japan next week. Since it is part of NIS 20th Anniversary, I'm going to assume that NISA will eventually announce the game for NA and EU release in time.
