Official Dissidia Thread

I'm officially a Dissidia addict. been mastering all the characters I like using over the course of this week. Meaning getting all abilities, ultimate weapons, getting lv 100, etc. Gotaa say Sephiroth is my best though. I like watching people who don't know how to use him play online and try agressive rushing with him, meanwhile I just chill, and punish them for every little mistake they make lol. Adamant Chains ability is nice, 30% Brv boost on dodge and Aerial Dodge Boost for having 3 pieces of Adamant gear. I almost cant decide whether I like One Winged Angel better, or Ultima Weapon. I really don't notice much difference in damage unless I'm at full HP with Ultima. The Sneak attack on OWA is nice too though.

Have any advice for getting chaos orb then I am having a lot of trouble getting it and my equipment sucks cept my ultima weapon so I ain't fighting lvl100 chaos.

My fake reasons for getting Dissidia is because it's Final Fantasy, I could get at least a sense of what the main heroes and villains were like in the Final Fantasy games I've never played by playing it, and it was one of the very few PSP games I was interested in.

My real reason for getting Dissidia is simple.

You can unlock Sephiroth and kick @$$ with him. *evil laugh*

You and I are going to get along quite well.

He was the very first character I unlocked, and also the very first to get the alternate costume, all the voice works and the first that I want to get to level 100. Haven't done that yet, but I will.

Me too. He's one of the first I got to Lv 100 as well.

I don't really like his alt though, oddly enough. EXPLOITATION.

You can get full adamant with little effort, which should make it a bit easier. Enter the code that unlcosk the Fusoya card, its ghost data is a lv 100 Golbez wearing full adamant armor and a gungnir.
I farmed 4 pieces of adamant from him in about an hour. With 101 LUK and a thief glove and hat.

To get the Orb you want, just boost the hell out of your LUK, and use any items that increase battlegen rates. Sunrise and Moonrise boost it by 1.2 and 1.5 respectively, and are icnreased further by booster accesories. I don't like fufilling ridiculous conditions to boost though, so i just use the ones that are constant, like the "Gap in Level" conditions, the "Level =" condiitions, and the "Level is a multiple of" conditions. Also, keep Chaos as high a level as you can handle, it boosts the chances.

And to fellow Sephiroth fans, you have good taste, best character in game. Period.

I made a terrible mistake in loaning Dissidia to a friend, I haven't seen it in month and I'm going into withdrawl. The last thing I remember doing was building Sephirtoth and Cloud's ultimate weapons. Does anyone else find making those things obnoxious and sorta not worth it?

Obnoxious definiately. Worth it, depends on the character. Some of them have such lame abilities that i'd rather just use Ultima. Others however, own. Like Sephs, Golbez's, Gabranth's, and Shantotto's are all pretty sick.
