A place, character, perhaps a monster you found genuiely creepy.

Oeilvert, a location in Final Fantasy IX. Room with those broken faces to be more precise. It's kinda hard for me to explain how I feel while in this place other than that it makes me genuiely uneasy. Those faces look creepy to say the least, and as they explain final moments of Terra it only adds to my uneasiness. That room even has its own version of "The Place I'll Return to Someday" and it's not nearly lighthearted as other versions.
