My "new" character is going to be similar to the one I originally had, with a few exceptions. Once I get him worked out, I'll edit this post and put him here. ^^

Hair: Deep red/ crimson spiked back hair like FFVII's Zack
Eyes: Zatoichi's eyes are silver but are rarely seen due to the crimson rag tied over them. It is also suspected the he is blind.
Blood type: O
Clothes: Zatoichi wears a deep red/ crimson colored no-sleeve zip up turtleneck. He wears pants made out of a jean like material that is colored the same as his turtleneck with black stripes that go down the outer sides from top to bottom. The pants go all the way past his ankles to the top of his black sandles. He holds up his pants with a black leather belt and a second belt that he uses to carry kunai, and shuriken along with other items essencial to a shinobi. His nodachi is slung over his back by a similar styled black belt.
Unique differences: Zatoichi wears a crimson wrapping over his eyes, he is suspected to be blind. Zatoichi also harbors the soul and chakra of a dragon, like Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara.

Kekkai Genkai: Cherry Blossem Forest Illusion; a very real illusionary genjutsu that creates a forest of cherry blossem trees in which makes Zatoichi completely invisible.

Bio: Zatoichi was born into a small village in the Fire Nation. His family was poor, but his father served as a soldier for the local warlord. His low wage managed to get their family by, but just barely.
The warlord was highly interested in dark arts and experimentation. Children were disappearing from the village monthly. After the children disappeared, their families also "disappeared". The night came when the warlord's grunts went to his home and kidnapped him. His father was there too, he attempted to defeat the grunts but failed, ran through by his own Nodachi.
The warlord's scientists experimented on Zatoichi for years. When he was 15, Orochimaru appeared and began his own experiments, tring to create a perfect weapon and a sublime body for his next transfer. He took the spirit of a dragon and sealed it within Zatoichi. Zatoichi beacame too dangerous to control and Orochimaru left him for dead in his village while it burnt down around him. The dragon's chakra released and blew all remnants of the village away. A barren scar remained. Zatoichi left for the desert to train, learning to contol the spirit wihin him. He also reached the rank of Jounin and returned to Konoha.
