I never heard of him, so I did a search on Youtube to listen to some of his stuff. I will say that he does have a good voice for how young he is, but it's not something I see myself getting into.

I honestly don't understand how this teenager, who looks like a little kid(and who will most likely fall into the pit of nowhere when he finishes puberty), has gotten so famous.
My guess is that his target audience is young teenage girls, and that type of fanbase will obsess over anything if it appeals to them, especially if they find that anything attractive. Here's a comment on one of the videos that I watched of his:

This is probably the mentality his fans have of him. It doesn't matter if his music sucks or not.
