I haven't finished making them yet--currently on the refrigerating the dough stage. Honestly I didn't think I would actually get around to making any this week. Been pretty busy. But I took a long weekend since my brother's wedding was last night and I figured it would be dumb to work just Saturday morning. So instead of catching up on schoolwork I'm making cookies.

So this is something I started doing recently. Originally I took bread baking up as a hobby but unfortunately, it does require more time than I have available, even if most of it is unattended. So I shifted my focus a little to something much faster: cookies! Once a week for the past three weeks I've picked a recipe, made up a batch and brought most of them into work. This way I know they'll get eaten...by someone other than myself.
