I will be in this week's paper once again with the second part of one of my articles. I am hoping I will see a little extra on my check tomorrow. A final amount hasn't been set yet. I gave Iris a few options, and so the ball is on her side of the net. I told her about some of the jobs I am commissioned for with my online work, and I left it as her decision.

U was cuddling up against me just now, and then he started playing with my hair. All of a sudden, he was going berserk and trying to eat my ear. Now, I am bleeding and he is outside. As he jumped out my window, I told him I wished he gets a cold spot on his tail. Normally, I will point at him and say that I don't like him for a certain amount of seconds. He hates being pointed at. And he pouts when I say I won't like him for x amount of seconds.

I just spent the last half-hour trying to calm U down in order to get my bed stuff ready. He has been just so full of energy tonight. Along with his usual run at full speed through the house, he was trying to brush my hair with his claws, attacking pillows, and being a right loon. It's not just him, though. The kittens have been crazy as well, Not-So-Mega in particular. I swear that kitten thinks he's a parrot and that he has to sit on my shoulder. If I sit on the porch to play with the kittens, ...

I had the house to myself all day today. I don't know where my brother was, but it wasn't here. Maybe he was working or something. Not that it matters.

My sleep pattern is really making me consider changing the normal time I update this. Lately, I am asleep from 8pm-2am. That's why I am posting this at 5am. I'll figure something out.

Dad was here today. He wanted to fix his weed eater. When he came in to take a break, he asked me if my Uncle was mad that I didn't have the check for him on Thursday for the house payment. I said no, and that he said to pay him whenever. Dad seemed disappointed. He doesn't like the fact that I am literally taking the house away from him, I can see it on his face. He was expecting to hear that my Uncle was threatening to sell the house or something. But to hear about his leniency in the situation ...
