I am sitting near the fire as I type this. U is asleep on the couch in front of me. The wind is blowing very hard against the house, but the fire is roaring so I can barely hear wind. That's been my day pretty much. Just staying in, staying warm. The only times I went outside were to feed the animals and bring in firewood. I told my brother that I was worried about the animals tonight, but he said that they would be fine. Luca has access to warmth from the garage, because of the fire in the ...
I rode to Sinking Spring this morning. It was really, really cold. But it was manageable. It wasn't AS cold as it was yesterday, so that was nice. It wasn't much warmer, but it wasn't as cold. I had to buy some cat food today, so I stopped over at Family Dollar while I was there. Unfortunately for me, their computers were acting up, so I had to wait to complete my purchase. While I waited, I looked at all of the things I couldn't buy. Like a movie called Pokémon Heroes. I have never heard ...
Before my brother and I left for town, I boiled some water and put it in a sealed container. I had the feeling that the lock on the shed would be frozen. I am glad I brought the water, because the lock was indeed frozen. The person who brings the papers to the office had no luck in unlocking the shed, so he left the papers on ...
It snowed all day today. I woke up and saw that the deck was covered in snow. However, it was only a wet snow and the snow on the porch would simply melt as soon as it touched. But the porch ended up losing that fight, and the snow took over and now covers the entire thing. Not only that, but it is really stacking against the front of the house. When you step onto the front porch, you are stepping into six inches of snow (at least) because the wind is blowing it against the house. But as you ...
I turned off my DS right after meeting Hugh and his sister for the first time in Pokémon Black 2. I kept telling my mother character that I didn't want to go on a Pokémon journey, but she insisted. It seems I don't get a choice in the matter of anything in the game, despite getting the chance to choose "Yes" or "No". Why give me the choice of having a PokéDex, if you are only going to repeat the question when I say "No"? Anyway, I grew tired and stopped playing ...
