Yesterday went well. I watched Joey until noon, because that was when Carma came back home. Then I still watched Joey, because Carma went to sleep. At 5pm, I no longer had to watch him, but he continued to want to play with or watch me play video games. Together we played Minecraft. Joey is bumbling around doing things like running from here to there, dying, and then dying again on his way back to his home. I, on the other hand, am working on building a railway that is at least 500 meters ...
Joey stayed with me last night. I guess for someone (Carma) who doesn't think it is safe for him to stay with someone with so much anger, she trusts me to care for her grandson. Anyway, the night went pretty well. We played Minecraft and LittleBigPlanet. I don't suggest playing LittleBigPlanet with Joey. He rushes way too much, and the two of us died way too many times. But at 11pm, he had to go to bed, and I was free to play whatever I wanted. Of course, I was then too tired to play much ...
There hasn't been a lot of stuff happening lately. Of course, when I am stuck doing whatever Joey wants to prevent Carma from kicking me out, there's not a lot to do. Anyway, if it keeps me from being homeless, then I will power through it. The trophy hunting competition I entered finally finished season two, and season three starts in nine ...
So... Yesterday morning, Joey was sitting in my doorway playing (again!), and that forced me to have to climb over him and his toys. It was just one time too many that I have had to do this, so I spoke my mind. My exact words were, "From now on, would you please not play right where I have to walk." Carma heard this, and snapped down on me. She said that it was not bothering me, and I could just continue to step over him. What!? Why should I have to practically jump ...
I got everything that I needed to do finished yesterday. While Carma and Joey were out shopping, I mowed the yard. I got a nice gaming session in. And I even took a nap to catch up on the sleep I haven't been getting. Luca continues to drag the cinder block all over the yard. It's like it is a piece of her now, as easily as she takes it with her. So, I added another one. I'm hoping she realizes that she needs to keep them at her doghouse. I have the feeling that the next step ...
