  1. Positives

by , 01-05-2013 at 10:39 AM (The struggle over the tyranny of my world)
Well, i think im on the path of the optimist again. Ive started going back to the role of 'helping' those that im somewhat close to again. Not that this means i care about humanity overall, though. But, still, i guess i care a little.

The person in question still hasnt really told me about the entire problem, but i feel im getting closer and closer to it. As long as he finds some aid to his sorrow, i feel ive done my job, or at least, you know. I never really felt that im good at ...

  2. A Day I Needed

by , 01-04-2013 at 08:41 PM (The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle)
I woke up at 7am this morning. At 8, Dad left to go cut firewood. I was not asked to go, and I wouldn't have gone if I had been asked. Then at 10 my brother woke up and left to spend a day with his girlfriend (as if all night in his bed wasn't enough). So, I was left alone.

Dad came back in the early afternoon. He spent the rest of the day in his room watching movies. My sister came by with groceries. After she left, Dad said that we didn't get anywhere near our allotted amount. ...

Another part is that being from the perspective of a bard, I'm trying ...

  4. A renewed effort

by , 01-04-2013 at 08:24 AM (The struggle over the tyranny of my world)
So, ive started applying for jobs again, since its early-year. Ive basically assumed that since a lot of chumps go back to school soonish, there will be a much higher demand for full-timers and part timers. Ideally, id only want something thats part time, but hell, anything to move out, really. Its somewhat required.

Today has been incredibly hot. Had a fan on me all day, but ive still had to drink a heap more than i usually do to make up for the loss in liquids due to heat. That ...

  5. My First Day Being 26...

by , 01-03-2013 at 08:58 PM (The Michael Swayne Story V: King of his Castle)
    Sucked.

Other than obligatory Happy Birthday from Dad, my morning started as it normally does on Thursdays. I got ready for work, fed the animals while it was dark, and posted the weather on the Facebook page.

When I got to the office to fold the papers, I was super psyched because there weren't any inserts to slow down my folding speed. My delivering speed however, was slow. It was freezing outside today. I use thin gloves when I deliver that way I can grip the ...
