Signature images disappeared.

Not sure what recently changed since the overhaul, but as of last night, nobody's signature images appear. I have cleared cache & cookies, I still get broken image links.

Windows 7 Ultimate
Chrome 52
Crystal theme

As far as I can discern, there's something breaking the image source. When I attempt to view images in a new tab, whatever the host is states that the link is invalid. This only applies to images in users' signatures.

This appears only to affect images hosted offsite.

This issue affects me on TFF Dark and TFF Light as well.

Wow - good catch. I have Signatures turned off in my preferences, so I wouldn't have noticed. Well, I found the issue... it is with our new caching engine (mod_pagespeed)... it is a combination of that, vbulletin and the external websites all trying to serve the image different.... I'm still looking into it, but THINK I found a semi-way to fix it... I fixed Che's which was calling 'imgur'... if you send me a list of other domains that would help a lot!...right now the only way to do it is to manually exclude domains, which I know sucks. I'll keep looking into it.

Edit: Nevermind, I think I fixed it without needing all the domains. I just disabled the lazy_load filter for the /forums/ directory in mod_pagespeed. Looks like I see more sig images now, so I'm assuming its fixed but let me know otherwise!

Appreciate all the hard work you are implementing but i was curious, was there going to be a visual overhaul to the forums section at all?

Thanks Rowan and my pleasure! Yes, I plan on either adding a completely new Style to the forums or updating the existing ones quite a bit... they are well overdue for a fresh look. This will be the last thing I get to, but it shouldn't be too long. I did just finish adding a new TFF Mobile style so users don't have to use the default vBulletin one on mobile anymore...

I ended up just going to my photobucket and refreshing the link I had previously used. That seems to have worked. Maybe re-uploading the image on your own might be able to bring the image back.

Huh. I didn't notice this, myself; I'm seeing everyone's sig images. Maybe chrome hates this site again, like it was doing with Kaz?

At another glance, photobucket can't decide which images it wants us to see. for example, I try to use http://i1198.photobucket.com/albums/.../Resized-1.jpg, and the image doesn't work here. When I try to use http://i1198.photobucket.com/albums/...Kyra16/BRS.jpg, it works. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox, and the same issue has been seen with both.

That being said, Taco's signature shows up on Firefox, but not Chrome.
