Beards or no beards?

Saying "its his face he can do what he wants with it" is fine, but its also the companies money and clients, and they can send who they want and feel who best represents them. If you look scruffy why should the company promote/hire you to a position that could have client interaction? Your skill is useless if you cant get the client to want the service.

I understand what you're saying, but that doesn't make it right. If somebody is qualified for a job, it shouldn't matter what they look like. If they have a scruffy beard, or scruffy eyebrows, who cares? That doesn't impact their ability to do a job. If a company doesn't want to hire a qualified applicant based on how they look, then that company isn't worth working for in the first place. If a client doesn't want to hire somebody based off of how they look, then that client doesn't deserve to have the job done.

Why are you paying attention to his replies/opinions? its usually from the perspective of him imitating the Eastwood man himself, engaging him is pointless, his presence here.. Pointless, every single one of his posts just causes me to scroll more, I thought everybody got that? im surprised he's kept it up so long, its not even funny, poor fella.

I dont think its right but it matters. Alot. and Yes more than it should. Maybe you should set up your own business Eastwood then then let us know how all that goes.
